Location: Calangute-Candolim Bedrooms: 4 Max. Occupancy: 10   This 4 bedroom villa style apartment is located in the heart of the Calangute - Candolim belt. The area around is usually buzzing with activity, yet the apartment is located closer to the beach in a quiet neighborhood, offering our guests the much needed privacy. The small apartment complex is just 100 meters away from the beach, with a large swimming pool available for our guests' use. All the 4 bedrooms have large beds, attached bathrooms. The living room is spacious, cozy, with an attached kitchen equipped enough to make yourself some tea or a packet of instant noodles for those hunger cravings. We have caretakers to maintain the apartment. You are just a short walk away from some of the popular restaurants, stores and other attractions on the bustling road. One of the best ways to enjoy your holiday in Goa is to explore its local culinary culture. And if this comes along with a hands-on demo of the food being cooked, along with a market tour, then the experience is even better. This tour will start at 11 am. Guests will gather at Chef Peter’s 80 year old Portuguese ancestral house. From there, he will lead you to the beautiful Savlem bird watching point. Check out a few seasonal birds, hear their peaceful chirping and then proceed to a 300 year old chapel. After the visit to the chapel, Peter will take you to the local Tinto (market) at Nerul to get a feel of the local market for veggies, fish and other local items. We return to Chef Peters Kitchen by 1 pm. Here guests will get to learn 2 typical Goan dishes, under the expert guidance of Chef Peter. This culinary session will be followed by a typical authentic Goan lunch at Chef Peter’s restaurant on the same premises. The tour will end around 3 pm after the lunch.  

You can discover the scenic sights and picturesque villages of Goa as you cycle through Divar and Chorao Islands. Meeting point is at 7.00 am at Our Lady of Succour Church. Then proceed to the historic significance of Divar Island to Old Goa. Stop for breakfast at a local eatery on your way to Chorao. Experience bird watching as you pedal through uninhabited areas in Chorao Island and its bird sanctuary. Cycling gives you a far more rewarding journey than walking! And around 12:00 pm conclude your tour at Soccour Church. Pick up and drop from Karmali railway station We provide transfers to and from Karmali railway station to Panjim, Porvorim, Calangute, Baga and Candolim areas. You can choose from a wide range of vehicles depending on your requirements - 4 seater, 6 seater, 12 seater or 17 seater vehicles An additional fee of Rs. 200 will be charged if the pick up or drop is before 8:00 am or after 6:00 pm. Located just 100 meters or a short minute walk from the beach, these villas have air-conditioned bedrooms and a living room. There is a well equipped kitchen in each of the villas. They are located in a complex off the main Calangute-Fort Aguada road, within walking distance of conveniences such as shops, restaurants, bars and super markets.The swimming pool stands just next to the villas and can be used at specified timings. The villa complex is located in the quiet Goan village of Nagoa, just a few minutes drive away from Baga. Staying at the villas gives you the peace and quiet you desire, yet they are 10 minutes drive away from the party & happening life of the Baga/ Calangute beach belt.We have 5 three villas in this complex. Located just 100 meters from the beach, the villa complex is also just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Ideal for the budget travelers, each villa can comfortably accommodate 4 - 6 people. There is a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor and a similar structure on the first floor. This gives a lot of space to our guests during the stay. There is a well equipped kitchen. Our villas are spacious and thus, ideal for holiday makers coming in a group or families. There’s a common swimming pool in the complex.
